Some photo’s of today’s workout at my place. I’ve never really shared something about my workouts except some photo’s of my activewear on Instagram. When I was younger I’ve practiced a lot of sports like gymnastic, tennis, biking, and (ice) skating. But unfortunately due some health issues I haven’t been able to workout for a long time. Nowadays working out has become a big part of my daily routine again. I visit the gym around 3-5 times a week to use the fitness equipment or do one of my favourite fitness classes from Less Mills. I will tell you more about this later! When I’m not able to go to the gym I workout a bit around the house, like doing some strength training or go for a run.
